First, check that this link is not broken; try opening the link on another device directly from its original source, not the Folio.
Second, check that the link you added to your Folio has no errors in the URL. The easiest way to do this is to copy and paste your link into the entry field instead of typing it in. Once you have entered the correct link, save your changes and try the Folio link again.
If you already published your Folio, you will have to edit and update the links.
