If I used auto populate, but now need to add a new page to my Folio, how do I do that?

You can upload and manually add pages by clicking the Upload Assets button again and selecting the individual files that you want to upload. These files will then be added to your assets panel and you can click and drag them around the canvas and add them to your Folio.
