Yes. In the manage tab, select Archives, hover over the Folio thumbnail, and select "Edit Folio." When editing a published Folio, you keep the same link and QR code but edit the contents of the Folio. You can either replace one asset, or you can select "Clear Canvas" and delete all the assets from the canvas. If you edit a Folio, you will have to pay to publish it again.
